We are looking for a Full Time Student Services Officer for our Brisbane campus located right in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks relating to the delivery of vocational education and training (VET) programs at the campus.
About the role
This is a full time position located at our Brisbane city campus .
The officer is part of the Student Services and Academic team that enables a quality student experience.
This role will be great for someone who thrives under pressure, has a sharp eye for detail and has developed good time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor student progress
Monitor and report student tuition fees
Training support
Customer & Student service
Provide ongoing support to staff and students
Provide ongoing assistance to the campus manager with with priority tasks
Knowledge, skills and experience required
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience of having worked in an RTO with CRICOS registration
Strong attention to detail is a must
Good comprehension of the RTO standards 2015 and ESOS National Code 2018 is preferred
Experience working with Moodle e-learning platforms
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Great adaptability
Willing to go above and beyond
Creative problem-solving skills
