About the Role
We are seeking 1x experienced Trainers and Assessors for the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician course. The role is based at our Burwood, NSW campus and involves face-to-face teaching, assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom-based and practical (lab/workshop) training
Facilitate engaging and structured sessions
Use Moodle and digital tools for training and assessments
Mark assessments and provide feedback to students
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
Support students through their learning journey
Participate in resource validation and continuous improvement
Maintain vocational and trainer currency as per ASQA guidelines
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
Current and relevant industry experience
UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
Up-to-date professional development records
Knowledge of Standards for RTOs and ESOS Act
Working With Children Check
Desirable Criteria
Experience in delivering training to international students
Experience in working in a RTO/CRICOS institute
Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS
Experience with lab/workshop use and management
Strong communication and student support skills
Experience in validation, moderation, and audit preparation
