The following roles are available
Lead Educators, Diploma and Certificate III qualified Educators on Part-time or close to full time basis
Minimum Requirements for Educators
Completed or working towards your Certificate 3 in Children's Services
Completed or working towards your Diploma in Children's Services
1 year experience working in an Early Childhood setting
You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirements.
Overall Requirements
Working with Children Check (must be an employee)
Level 2 First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)
Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
Child protection training
Passion for Early Education
Excellent communication skills
The drive to learn and develop
FYI: To ensure that we invite the best candidate to join our team, our Recruitment and Selection process includes (for select applicants):
A pre-interview questionnaire.
At least one ‘face to face’ interview.
The requirement to provide a minimum of 2 referees who can be contacted to verify employment history and work performance.
Provision of copies of ECEC qualifications, Working With Children Check status and other relevant qualifications – these will be subject to verification.
A requirement that you have completed National Child Safety training and state-based Child Protection Training prior to any engagement with children.
You understand that you are expected to fully participate in an extensive Induction process.
You should also be aware that we will ensure ongoing monitoring of your suitability to work with children.
