As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences, supporting children’s development, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join us from the beginning of Term 3, who brings both the qualifications and the mindset needed to deliver high-quality early learning while upholding exceptional child safety standards.

Essential requirements:

• A Diploma (or working towards) qualification in Early Childhood Education

• Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting the wellbeing and development of young children

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications

• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and educational experiences tailored to each child’s needs

• Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development

• Build strong partnerships with families to support children’s holistic growth

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment

• Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
