We are looking for Diploma and Certificate III Educators who are seeking either a full-time or a part-time position that allows them to balance a rewarding career in early childhood education with family commitments.

About the Role

As a valued Educator in our service, you will:

  • Build warm, responsive, and meaningful relationships with children and their families

  • Support the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Montessori principles

  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care

  • Foster children's learning, development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging through play-based and intentional teaching practices

  • Observe, document, and contribute to children's individual learning journeys

  • Create and maintain safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments that support children's growth and development

  • Support daily routines and transitions while responding to each child's individual needs and interests

  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Help create a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture where educators feel supported and valued

This role is ideal for Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for children during their important early years.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

  • Current Working With Children Check (NSW)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

  • Sound understanding of:

    • Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

    • National Quality Standards (NQS)

    • Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme

    • Education and Care Services National Regulations

  • Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years in an early childhood setting

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support the Room Leader in delivering high-quality education and care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A warm, nurturing, and professional approach to building relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
