AMIGA Montessori Maddingley is looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful centre and inspire a warm, capable and committed team.

AMIGA Montessori provides quality education and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years in large, purpose-built centres. Our holistic educational program is guided by the Montessori pillars and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

What we need from you
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant early childhood qualification
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within early childhood education and care
  • Strong roster management skills
  • Experience building and maintaining utilisation
  • Experience managing budgets and bad debt processes
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Experience managing KIMS, ISS, ACCS and NQA ITS
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with families and the community
  • Confidence in performance management and supporting teams to meet company standards
  • Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
