Castlemaine Childcare Co-operative has an opportunity for Certificate 111, or Diploma-trained educator to join our team. We have a part-time position available. 

Castlemaine Childcare Co-operative is a community-run not-for-profit and has been operating since 1979. We provide meaningful experiences for children from birth through to our funded kindergarten programs.

About the role

• We are seeking enthusiastic Certificate 111 or Diploma qualified educator to join our team part-time

• Opportunity to develop and grow within the team through a range of professional development opportunities

Skills and experience

• Holds a minimum of a Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification

• Current Working with Children check

• Demonstrated an understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework

• Current First Aid qualifications, CPR training, anaphylaxis management training and emergency asthma training

• Some experience working in children’s services is desirable but not essential
