Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with children’s developmental needs.

• Observe, assess and document children’s learning and progress.

• Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships.

• Promote positive social interactions and guide behaviour constructively.

• Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for all children.

• Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, children and families.

About You:

• Degree qualified (3- or 4-year trained) or currently studying towards your Early Childhood Teaching degree.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident in digital programming and documentation.

• A motivated, responsible, and team-oriented educator with a genuine passion for early learning.

• Previous experience in a long day care setting is desirable but not essential.
