As a Fees Analyst, you’ll be part of a team in the middle of a major fees transformation project. You will not only be responsible for helping calculate and process fees, but helping redesign how fees are calculated, structured, and automated across our platform.
Reporting through to Head of Fees and working closely with the Operations, Finance, and Technology teams, you’ll bring hands-on experience in fee processing and reconciliation to help strengthen controls, improve accuracy, and uplift how fee outcomes are delivered at scale.
This role requires a significant eye for detail and a process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves liaising with and supporting other team members and identifying opportunities to improve practices in fee calculation and revenue management.
In this role, you’ll apply your existing experience to:
Partner with advice practices and internal stakeholders to support sustainable fee models and operational outcomes
Manage end-to-end fee/commission flows, including validation, exception handling, fee processing and stakeholder queries
Identify, test and implement improvements to controls, reconciliation, and automation to reduce errors and rework
You’ll also work closely with our product and integration team, helping shape practical improvements to fee processing, data quality, and operational scalability
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering accurate and timely fee calculations across multiple adviser clients and fee structures
Supporting revenue processing activities, including reconciliations and reporting
Helping identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and fee‑related processes
Collaborating with technology teams to test, enhance, and implement system changes
Assisting with month‑end and year‑end processes to ensure accurate revenue reporting
Investigating and resolving fee discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
Experience
Demonstrated experience in commissions and/or fee processing, revenue operations, or a similar operational finance function
Experience delivering accurate periodic calculations, invoicing/revenue processing, and stakeholder reporting to agreed deadlines
Experience performing reconciliations, investigating variances, and resolving exceptions with a strong focus on accuracy and controls
Strong Excel capability (comfortable with large datasets, formulas, and structured analysis)
Track record of identifying process improvements and partnering with others to implement pragmatic automation or control enhancements
Experience documenting processes and supporting audit/compliance requirements in a controlled operational environment
