About the Role:

As an Educator, you'll help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive before school, after school and during vacation care programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging games, activities and experiences
• Supporting children's wellbeing, confidence and development
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Encouraging children's voice, choice and independence
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Maintaining a strong focus on child safety and wellbeing
• Supporting services across the Logan Region as required

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with school-aged children, builds positive relationships quickly, is eager to learn, and brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything they do.

We are looking for people who have:

• Completed or Studying towards a relevant qualification (preferred)
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or the ability to obtain one before commencement
• Experience working with children aged 5–12 years (desirable)
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport (highly desirable)

Available Shifts

As a member of our Logan team, you'll have opportunities to work across a variety of services and programs, giving you flexibility, variety and the chance to build connections across our wider School Plus community.

• Before School Care - Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 9:00am
• After School Care - Monday to Friday | 2:00pm – 6:00pm
• Vacation Care - Various shifts available during school holiday programs
