We’re looking for a Diploma Qualified Educator (or Graduate Diploma qualified) to join our team in an ongoing role that offers both connection and variety across Poa Banyul, Grovedale and Greenville Kindergartens.

This role offers a guaranteed 70 hours per fortnight with a mix of consistency and flexibility:
From time to time, you may also step into an Activity Group Leader role, offering a natural pathway to grow your confidence and leadership skills.
When you’re needed at other services, travel from your home site (Poa Banyul) is paid, so you feel supported wherever your day takes you.
This position is paid in line with VECTA 2020:
Diploma qualified educator: $29.41 p/h + super
In this role, no two weeks look exactly the same; and that’s part of what makes it so rewarding.
You’ll enjoy the familiarity of a regular home site, while also having the opportunity to work alongside different teams, experience a variety of learning environments, and broaden your practice across multiple kindergartens.
Each day, you’ll help create environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired; contributing to play-based programs that encourage curiosity, connection, and development.
