What you’ll be doing

• Lead and mentor a team of educators and staff
• Oversee delivery of electrical programs and student outcomes
• Drive improvements in training, engagement and performance
• Manage planning, budgets and department performance
• Build strong relationships with industry and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance across VET and regulatory frameworks

What you’ll bring

• Electrical trade background with strong industry experience
• Experience in training, supervision or leadership (formal or informal)
