About You:

Diploma Qualified (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Confident leading a team and supporting educators
Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences
Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards & Regulations
Warm, nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
