About the Role

Are you a highly organised, creative multitasker with a passion for social media and content creation? As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will organise and create content across multiple platforms for our childcare and commercial brands while helping elevate Coulson Operations’ profile.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll juggle multiple tasks, develop engaging content, and bring innovative ideas to life. You’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with the tools to deliver high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Your Responsibilities

Platform Management:

Oversee and build the following accounts:

• Instagram: Kool Beanz Academy, Kool Beanz SUNS, Hive Byron Bay, The Commons Casuarina, and Coulson Operations, plus new partnership channels on the horizon.

• TikTok: Kool Beanz childcare account.

• LinkedIn: Coulson Operations and Kool Beanz.

• YouTube: Kool Beanz childcare account.

Content Creation:

• Build and execute a content calendar, creating visually engaging posts, reels, blogs and videos that align with our brand identities.

• Capture on-the-ground moments that showcase the energy, values, and unique qualities of our childcare and commercial brands.

• Share blog writing with a collaborative and supportive marketing team.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Highly Organised: A proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative Visionary: A passion for crafting compelling content and telling stories through visual and written mediums.

• Social Media Expert: Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with experience managing and growing accounts.

• Video Editing Proficiency: Skilled in tools like CapCut, or equivalent video editing software. Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro would be highly desirable.

• Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.

• Collaborative: Thrives in a supportive and collaborative team, brainstorming ideas and then playing a key role in bringing them to life. Comfortable engaging with childcare staff, business leaders, and stakeholders to gather content and represent our brand authentically.

• Trend-Aware: Always up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and features to keep our content fresh and innovative.

• Technical Skills: Competent in social media scheduling and analytics platforms. Experience in photo and video editing tools would be highly desirable.

• Driver's License: Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel locally to centres on a regular basis to capture content. Some interstate travel is also required as part of this exciting role.
