We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our School as Head of Campus – Senior School (Years 7–12). This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Headmaster and forming part of the Core School Executive.
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic, strategic and relational leader to have a lasting impact within a school community in fulfilling its mission statement of Academic Excellence, Character Development, and authentic care within an Anglican Christian foundation.

About the Role
The Head of Campus is responsible for the overall leadership, culture and operational excellence of the Senior School (Years 7–12), ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across a diverse range of academic and co-curricular pathways.
You will lead a nified and values-driven approach to education, fostering a learning environment where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to thrive.
Please note, this opportunity is a fixed-term full-time opportunity commencing 2027.

You are a purpose-driven educational leader who brings both strategic vision and operational discipline, coupled with a deep commitment to student wellbeing and success.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Proven leadership experience in an independent senior school or equivalent educational setting
• A track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
• Strong capacity to lead complex academic programs with multiple pathways
• A commitment to Christian education, ideally within an Anglican context
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment
• A dynamic and future-focused mindset, with a willingness to embrace innovation and new approaches
• A healthy appetite for risk, balanced with sound judgement and accountability
• A passion for shaping young people of character, capability and purpose
• A deep commitment to inclusivity and student-centred education
