Endeavour Christian College is an independent, non-denominational Christian College located in Cooktown, Queensland. Established in 2012, the College is one of 16 schools operated by Christian Community Ministries Ltd. The Opportunity

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or Graduate Diploma if you hold a Bachelor's Degree in a different field.

• Have the relevant experience teaching - statements of service from previous employers is mandatory.

• Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).

• Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community.

• Passionate about student wellbeing, engagement, and learning outcomes.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible, collaborative, and innovative mindset.

• Be experienced in promoting effective student welfare and behaviour management.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
