Located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Turtle Beach Resort is currently seeking multiple experienced workers who are motivated and committed to providing exceptional service. 

Job Position: Activities Attendant i.e. Kids Club and Waterpark

Hours Available Per Week: 20-30, with ability to increase in peak seasons (e.g. school holidays, etc.), weekend work applicable.

On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include: 

• Provide a safe and entertaining environment for guests. 

• Actively run kids club and activities sessions, providing exceptional service to guests. 

• Provide efficient monitoring of the SplashZone facility.

• Provide first aid in accordance with training, as required. 

• Participate and promote holiday activities i.e., Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc. 

• Dress up at our mascot ‘Shelldon’ or ‘Shelly’ and interact with guests. 

Personal Specifications

• Experience working with children required. 

• Current QLD ‘P’ Blue Card, or ability to obtain prior to commencement. 

• Current RTO First Aid and CPR Statement of Attainment, or ability to obtain prior to commencement. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

• Confidence to work alone and within a team.

• Punctual, efficient, and courteous at all times with guests, clients, and staff.

• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
