Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our established and thriving Truganina service.
This full-time opportunity has become available as our current Room Leader commences maternity leave, creating an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to step into a well-established toddler room and make a meaningful impact on children, families, and educators.

The Opportunity
As the Room Leader for our Toddler Room (2 years – 2.6 years), you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators through positive role modelling and mentorship
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children
• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to drive quality outcomes
• Foster a positive team culture built on trust, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Work across a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• A genuine passion for partnering with families and creating a welcoming community environment
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A positive, professional and collaborative approach
