McArthur is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher. In this leadership role, you will guide educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care, grounded in evidence-informed practice and aligned with the National Quality Framework.

You will play a key role in shaping the learning environment, mentoring educators, and building strong relationships with families to ensure every child feels supported, safe and valued.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood
• Prevous experience in a similar role
• VIT
• Police Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificates.
• Mandatory Reporting
