About UsInclusion Support West is a partnership between One Tree Community Services and Uplyft, delivering the Inclusion Support Program across Western Australia. Together, we support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to build inclusive environments where all children can access, participate and thrive.
About the Role As an Inclusion Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting services and Inclusion Professionals (IPs) where specialist expertise is needed. You will lead complex and escalated cases, provide tailored advice, and deliver structured one-on-one support to build capability across the sector. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes for children, families, and educators through your deep knowledge and leadership.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with ECEC services requiring specialist inclusion support
- Deliver one-on-one support sessions to Inclusion Professionals and services through structured booking systems
- Provide expert advice on identifying barriers and implementing effective inclusion strategies
- Lead, manage, and support complex or escalated cases within your area of expertise
About You - Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Inclusion Professional
- Strong expertise in inclusive practices and child development
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide specialist guidance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- WWC and completion of Foundations of Child Safety(Geccko) training
