What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering our learner driver program tailored to Aboriginal and disadvantaged participants

• Supporting participants to overcome pre-licence barriers (proof of identity, fines, literacy challenges)

• Assisting with preparation for the Driver Knowledge Test

• Increasing the number of community members entering the driver licensing system

• Meeting individual and team performance targets

• Completing weekly reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence held for at least 4 years

• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday (travel allowance paid)

• Ability to follow instructions and complete structured tasks

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Basic computer and literacy skills

• Professional presentation

• A genuine passion for helping people

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Aboriginality is not essential but is considered an advantage.
