About the service
Little Miracles Wamberal is a welcoming, community-focused early learning service with a strong emphasis on quality care, professional practice and meaningful relationships.
As a family-owned business, the service is supported by responsive leadership and established systems, allowing leaders on the ground to focus on children, families and teams. This role suits an experienced early childhood professional who values clear expectations, collaboration and a supportive working environment.
The role
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, compliance and operational oversight of the service. Acting as the Approved Provider’s representative, you will ensure the centre operates in line with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and all National Quality Framework requirements.
A key part of this role is supporting educators to do their best work. You will provide guidance, mentoring and clear expectations, support staff through challenges, and foster a culture where educators feel confident, heard and supported to uphold high standards of care and professionalism.
You will lead a large team across multiple rooms, providing clear direction and support while overseeing staffing, ratios, rosters and daily operations. This role requires confident decision-making, a visible leadership presence and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy service.
