Diploma Educators – Part-Time / Full - Time

Young Minds Academy – Elderslie is looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team. We are looking for someone who puts child safety first!

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting

• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Current First Aid and Working With Children Check

• HLTAID012 Child Care First Aid certification is required

• Permanent residency in Australia

In this role you will:

• Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs

• Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs

• Document children's learning and development

• Ensure child safety in all practice

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan

• Support and mentor other team members
