About the Role:

Cottage Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager - Nominated Supervisor to join our centre at Calliope. As a Leader you will guide centre operations, mentor fellow educators, and create a nurturing, engaging, and safe space where children can thrive.

You will be supported by Ready Now Resources who are Early Childhood consultants to ensure you have everything you need to support you with any operational requirements you may need.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Nominated Supervisor has the overarching responsibility for the leadership and management of the service and holds legal obligations under the National Quality Framework.  

• Nominated Supervisor must lead and inspire the team to achieve their very best and ensure compliance at all times with the National Quality Framework, all relevant legislation both state and federal and the National Quality Standards.

• Build strong trusting relationships between children, families and staff

• Create a strong and cohesive professional team

• Meaningful parent participation in all aspects of service provision

• Flexible relevant and responsive service provision

• Cost effective service provision and the best investment of available resources.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Centre Manager who holds a Diploma or Higher qaulification in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Experience as a Centre Manager
✔ Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
✔ Confident leadership and mentoring abilities
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Current Blue Card- Working with children check WWCC
✔ Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
