Little Saints ELC is seeking  a Centre Director for our busy Park Lane service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to leverage their skills and experience developed through working in the ELC sector.

You will provide leadership ensuring high quality education and care are provided and be responsible for managing all day to day aspects of the service and its operations.   

Qualifications

• Qualification in accordance with ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to have postgraduate/tertiary qualifications in leadership.

• Current WWCC or VIT registration

• ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis.

• Child Protection Qualification approved by the State Regulatory Body.

Capabilities

• Highly developed communication, interpersonal and team development skills.

• Ability to lead the team including curriculum planning and professional development.

• Ability to implement and evaluate policies and procedures.

• Computer literacy (Tanda)
