👶 About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. Our centre operates from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead your room of educators in delivering a high-quality, engaging program.

• Plan, document, and reflect on the learning and development of each child in your care.

• Mentor and support your fellow educators and assistants to ensure a cohesive room environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for families, conducting orientations and daily handovers.

• Contribute your insights to the centre’s ongoing Quality Improvement Plan.

🎓 You'll Need

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

• Relevant prior experience in an early childhood setting

• First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

• Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)

• Completed Child Protection training

• Availability to work 5 days a week across all opening and closing shifts
