The Opportunity

Tasks are matched to your strengths, no two days look the same. This role is based at our Box Hill campus or selected campuses across Melbourne.

What You’ll Do

•    Customer Service & Administration — Provide outstanding support to parents, students, and teachers.

•    Campus Operations — Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.

•    Student Administration — Manage enrolments, records, and student-related admin tasks.

•    Logistics — Oversee printing, stock control, and facilities management.

•    Community & Social Media — Help grow our student community through communications and digital engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Essential requirements:

•    A proven record in customer service or client-facing sales

•    Availability on weekends and/or after-school hours, with school-holiday flexibility

•    Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

•    Confident with everyday tech: Microsoft Office, databases, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills

•    Reliable, punctual, and genuinely warm with children and families

•    A calm, solution-oriented approach when things get busy

Bonus points if you…

○   Have experience in teaching or an education setting

○   Hold a current driver’s licence with access to a car

○   Speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or a second language

○   Have managed social media for a business or community group
