We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma qualified educator to join our growing teams at our Wagga Wagga and Bourkelands Centres. You will support children’s learning through engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
· Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
· Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
· Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS)
· Maintain accurate documentation and child observations
· Uphold a safe, inclusive, and child-focused environment
· Work collaboratively within a supportive team
You are passionate about early education, value teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care.
Essential Requirements:
· Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
· Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
· Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
· Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
