About the Role

Working closely with the Managing Director and partnering across the business, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we operate.

This isn’t a role that sits at a distance—you’ll be hands-on, embedded, and deeply connected to the business, ensuring governance supports progress as we scale.

You will:

• Embed and strengthen governance frameworks across the organisation
• Ensure enterprise risk is visible, owned, and proactively managed
• Coordinate legal matters with a practical, commercial lens
• Lead Risk & Audit Committee cadence, reporting, and outcomes
• Bring clarity to policies, delegations, and decision-making
• Partner with leaders to build accountability and capability

• A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in a scaling or multi-site environment (highly regarded)
