You'll be joining a passionate, experienced and collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and creating a warm, welcoming community for children, families and educators alike.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or be actively working towards)

• Current Working With Children Check or Exemption Card

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Framework (QKLG) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and advocacy for children's learning and wellbeing

• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
