• Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service

• Diploma in Children's Services (or related ECEC/Teaching qualification) - or studying towards
• Experience in programming and service operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of the National Quality Framework
• Passion for creating safe, inclusive environments for children
