Operating from 6:00am to 6:00pm, our service offers natural play spaces, light-filled rooms. With both indoor and outdoor areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, discover, and thrive.

The Lakes Early Learning Centre is searching for passionate Certificate III & Diploma Qualified Educators to join our centre, a place where curiosity, laughter, and meaningful connections come to life.

🍃In your role as an Educator, you will:

• Support and nurture young learners through play-based learning and intentional teaching practices

• Design inspiring environments that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery

• Bring kindness, positivity, and a “can-do” attitude to every day

• Build strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and the wider community

• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, bringing energy and support to every room

🍃What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• A current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid & CPR.

• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning

• Confidence connecting with children, families, and colleagues

• Availability to work Monday to Friday across shift patterns
