About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRWL Trainer & Assessor (LF & WP) to deliver compliant, high-quality forklift and boom-type EWP licensing across Western Australia.

This role is suited to an industry-current operator who holds WA HRWL Assessor accreditation for LF & WP and takes pride in delivering safe, professional, and audit-ready training outcomes.

What You'll Do

You will primarily deliver and assess:

  • TLILIC0003 – Licence to operate a forklift truck (LF)

  • TLILIC0005 – Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (WP)

In addition, you may support delivery of complementary safety units including:

  • RIIWHS204E – Work safely at heights

  • RIIWHS202E – Enter and work in confined spaces

  • MSMWHS217 – Gas test atmospheres

  • CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to work in the construction industry

  • CPPFES2005 – Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess HRWL training in line with WA WorkSafe requirements

  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and assessment integrity

  • Provide safe, structured practical training environments

  • Adapt delivery to support diverse learner needs

  • Travel across metro and regional WA as required

About You

You are a safety-focused operator and assessor who understands that high-risk licensing is about protecting lives and maintaining industry standards.

You must demonstrate current and ongoing industry experience in construction or mining alongside your training qualifications.

Essential Requirements

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)

  • Current WA HRWL Assessor Accreditation for LF and WP classes (Essential)

  • Current industry currency and site exposure

  • Valid Australian work rights

  • National Police Clearance

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience delivering accredited training in construction, mining, or high-risk operations
