Lockridge Early Learning Centre is a community-focused, not-for-profit service where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive through nature and play-based learning. We’re searching for a proactive Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for children, families, and educators.

Our organisation operates an ELC and OSHC on site, so you will work alongside an Assistant Director (ELC) and experienced OSHC Manager to deliver consistent care and long-term positive impacts on every child’s learning journey from 0-12 years old!

About you:

• 2 years + experience as a Nominated Supervisor in an ELC
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A positive mindset and willingness to embrace new ideas and continuous improvement
