Sunshine Christian School is a Lutheran school and offers a Lutheran education to all, regardless of background. About the Position
Sunshine Christian School is seeking a Junior Primary Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team on a full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed-term contract. The position will commence in Semester 2 and continue through to the end of 2026.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will have:
• teaching qualifications and training that satisfy registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
• an ability to demonstrate and exemplify the school’s values of compassion, forgiveness, service and courage.
• an excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and in catering for a diverse range of learners in a multicultural classroom through varied learning opportunities and sound pedagogical principles
• proven experience at fostering excellent relationships with children
• a passion for teaching and learning
• proven ability to work collegially and collaboratively with colleagues
