Bright Minds Academy is seeking a new Lead Educator for our beautiful purpose-built facility!

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a current qualification – Diploma qualifications or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent)

• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS

• Experience in a Leadership position is beneficial

Required:

• A good sense of humour and a love for this industry which is more than just your standard "job" is a must.

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid and Child Safety Certificates (ACECQA approved)

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

• An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth

• Australian work rights are required
