Banksia Kids Early Learning Centre Beechboro is seeking a passionate and motivated Centre Manager to lead our beautiful 39-place service in Perth’s north-east.

We are proud to be one of three small, family-run early learning services. Our centres are community-focused, supportive, and committed to creating nurturing environments for children, families, and educators.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to step up from working on the floor into a leadership role, while still staying connected to the team and children.

About the Role

As the Centre Manager, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the service

• Lead and mentor a small team of educators

• Build positive relationships with families and the local community

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework

• Assist with programming, documentation and quality improvement

• Work collaboratively with the Approved Provider and leadership team

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

• Previous experience in a long day care setting

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Care Regulations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Current Working With Children Check
