With a beautiful onsite Bush Kindy and standalone brand-new kindergarten, Capers Early Learning Nambour, are growing and we are looking for passionate Educators to join our team. Ideally you will hold your Diploma or Cert 3 studying Diploma with experience who are dedicated and enthusiastic.

Duties & responsibilities:
Provide nurturing care for children
Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
Assist children with personal hygiene routines

Requirements & experience:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
