We are seeking a professional and motivated Casual Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.
This role involves delivering accredited and non-accredited training programs at client sites across Queensland, while representing Life International Training's broader Workplace Health & Safety and Compliance services.
You will work with a diverse range of clients and industries, delivering practical, engaging and industry-relevant training while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
This position offers flexibility, variety, autonomy and a genuine pathway to a permanent full-time position for the right person.
CPR and First Aid
Advanced First Aid
Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy
Low Voltage Rescue (LVR)
Fire and Emergency Response Training
Workplace Health & Safety Training
Site-Specific Client Training
Accredited and Non-Accredited Programs
Deliver engaging and compliant training programs
Conduct competency-based assessments
Travel to client sites throughout Queensland
Maintain training records and assessment documentation
Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards and organisational requirements
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Represent Life International Training professionally at all times
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support the growth and reputation of the organisation

You will possess:

Current Training and Assessment qualification that meets the requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), including:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with required upgrade units and compliance requirements
Current Driver Licence
Own reliable vehicle
Current vocational competency and industry currency
Ability to travel regularly to client sites
Strong computer and administrative skills

HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
HLTAID013 Provide First Aid in Remote or Isolated Sites

WHS qualifications and experience
Experience in operational, industrial or high-risk environments
