Lead Educators – Milestones Early Learning Palmerston

Join our team at Milestones Early Learning Palmerston, located on Hutchinson Terrace in Bakewell, just minutes from Palmerston city centre. Our centre provides high‑quality early education for children aged 0–5 and is easily accessible for families across Bakewell, Gunn, Rosebery and surrounding suburbs.

We’re seeking dedicated Lead Educators for part‑time roles, with shifts available between 6:30am–6:30pm. As an Affinity centre, child safety, inclusion and genuine support for our people are at the heart of everything we do.

About you: 

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
  • A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
