Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre – Lead with purpose.

Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our service through a period of growth and culture rebuilding.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a Director who can hit the ground running, lead with fairness and accountability, and create a centre where educators feel supported and children thrive in a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will be empowered to run your centre while upholding the Brady Bunch standards for quality, compliance, a fair and equitable team culture and always the safety and wellbeing of every child.

Key Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

• Lead, mentor, and support educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences

• Guide and lead all educators ensuring they understand their responsibilities and actively share in distributed leadership and team culture

• Provide hands-on leadership, stepping into rooms when needed to support ratios and team continuity

• Construct fair and effective rosters that support both operations and educator wellbeing

• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming centre environment

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the community

• Lead the operational, financial, and educational performance of the centre

• Manage occupancy, budgets, fee collection, rostering, and administration

• Maintain and review the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), VEYLDF, and regulatory requirements

• A National Operations Manager with 35+ years of Early Childhood experience

• Two dedicated Area Managers (currently recruiting)

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a Centre Director or Assistant Director role

• Strong knowledge of NQF, VEYLDF, and regulatory requirements

• Confidence managing rostering, compliance, and daily operations

• A leader who values fairness, accountability, and team culture

• Must hold a valid WWC check and be willing to undergo a National Police check
