About the role
Malek Fahd Islamic School is seeking a full-time English/HSIE Teacher to join our dedicated team at our Beaumont Hills, NSW campus. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students, helping to cultivate their curiosity and passion for the subject.
What you'll be doing
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum
Assess and provide feedback to students to support their learning and progression
Contribute to the development of teaching resources and materials
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching practice
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students' intellectual growth
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department
What we're looking for
Relevant teaching qualification and NESA teaching registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Experience in creating and implementing engaging, innovative lesson plans.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Passion for fostering students' curiosity and love of learning.
