About the Centre This mid sized service provides a nurturing, child-centred environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, alongside the Early Years Learning Framework.

Your role As the Preschool Room Leader, you will:
- • Lead and deliver an engaging preschool educational program
- • Mentor and guide educators within the room
- • Create child-led learning experiences aligned with EYLF
- • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
- • Contribute to continuous quality improvement and centre culture
About you
✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood
✔ Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
✔ Passion for play-based and relationship-focused learning
✔ Leadership or Room Leader experience, preferred but not essential
