Are you an Early Childhood Teacher looking to lead a preschool program within a genuinely supportive, high-quality early learning environment?
We are partnering with a beautifully designed, purpose-built centre seeking a Preschool Room Leader (ECT or Diploma) to join their collaborative and passionate team.
This is an opportunity to work in a service known for its low staff turnover, inclusive culture, and strong educational philosophy, where educators are valued and supported to deliver meaningful learning experiences.

The centre focuses on:
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will:
✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood
✔ Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
✔ Passion for play-based and relationship-focused learning
✔ Leadership or Room Leader experience, preferred but not essential
