About the Role:

We are seeking a positive, passionate and experienced Learning Assistant/Teacher's Aide to join our team on a full-time basis for Terms 3 and 4. Part time basis will be considered for the right applicant/s. As an experienced Learning Assistant/Teacher's Aide you will:

· Contribute to the provision of a quality educational service by assisting and supporting teachers, students and parents with learning activities and administrative duties in a supportive Neohumanist environment.

· Improve student learning outcomes by providing support and advice on supporting students with diverse learning needs.

· Document observation notes, intervention programs and assist in the collation and preparation of classroom and initial literacy and numeracy programs.

The successful candidate would need to be available to start beginning of Term 3, Monday 13th July 2026.

About you:

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative and positive attitude

- Strong organisational and administration skills

- Understanding of child protection principles and relevant policies

- Knowledge of literacy and numeracy instructional strategies

- Hold a Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent (desired but not essential)

- A valid Working with Children Check.
