• Only 20 children in the preschool room, with above-ratio staffing. We are looking to add a fourth educator to further strengthen the team.
• Paid programming time 2-3 hours weekly off floor
• Enjoy three hours each week dedicated to documentation, programming, and critical reflection.

What we’re looking for

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with at least one year of experience
• Strong documentation and programming skills
• Confident contributing to high-quality programs and critical reflection
• A collaborative team player
• Someone who values strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• A proactive and creative educator

Passionate about play-based learning and bringing fresh ideas to the team
