- Above award wages, up to $40 per hour

- Small group, high-quality care
- Only 20 children in the preschool room, with above-ratio staffing. We are looking to add a fourth educator to further strengthen the team.
- Paid programming time 2-3 hours weekly off floor
- Enjoy three hours each week dedicated to documentation, programming, and critical reflection.
- Play-based learning with a focus on independence
- We encourage hands-on learning that builds confidence, resilience, and curiosity.

What we’re looking for - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with at least one year of experience
- Strong documentation and programming skills
- Confident contributing to high-quality programs and critical reflection
- A collaborative team player
- Someone who values strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- A proactive and creative educator
Passionate about play-based learning and bringing fresh ideas to the team
