Your Role and Impact

You’ll bring passion, creativity, and care to every day, helping create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

You will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Observe and document children’s learning and progress

• Collaborate closely with families and your team to create meaningful experiences

• Support and mentor your colleagues

• Contribute to community events, celebrations, and family connections

What You’ll Need

Depending on the role, you’ll hold or be working towards:

• A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• A current Working with Children Check (VIC)

• A valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to renew within 4 weeks of commencement)

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for children and learning
