Cottage Kids Community Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated lead educator to join our team as the Educational Leader.

This permanent full position includes both on-the-floor teaching and off-the-floor responsibilities supporting service leadership and management. You'll work closely with our team to inspire growth, nurture curiosity, and build a strong sense of community among children, families, and staff.

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma or ECT qualification (or actively working towards) as recognised by ACECQA

• Passion for play-based, child-led learning and inclusive practices

• Willingness to take on both educator and leader / mentorship responsibilities and be a Responsible Person

• Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
