Current Opportunities

Lead Educator (Part-time 37.5hrs, 5 days per week)

• Hold a Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent

• Strong ability to plan and implement engaging programs for children

• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.

About You

To be successful in one of these roles, you will have:

Relevant qualifications for the position you are applying for

Knowledge of current changes to legislation

• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certifications (willingness to obtain).

• Ability to work within our operating hours of 6:15am- 6:15pm

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

• A genuine passion for working with children and providing safe environments through implementation of policies and ability to actively supervise children in your care.
