It’s an exciting time of growth at Mayfield, and we are seeking an experienced and operationally minded Centre of Excellence Manager to lead the performance, compliance, and operational strategy of our centres based in Victoria.
This role is central to ensuring consistent, high‑quality and confident service delivery.
The Role
The Centre of Excellence Manager will work across a cluster of centres, supporting day-to-day operations, rostering, enrolments, quality, compliance and continuous improvement. This role is suited to an experienced Centre Manager who is ready to step into a broader leadership and support role.
You will regularly visit centres, complete operational and compliance checklists, support improvement plans, coach Centre Managers, and facilitate network meetings across your cluster.
