KinderPark Early Learning is looking for a full-time Centre Manager/Director to join our team in Medina.

The Centre Manager plays a key role, leading their team so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our children and families, as well as the day-to-day management of the centre.

• Inspiring and helping others is part of who you are - you have integrity, and this is demonstrated in your actions and communication with co-workers and families

• Working in childcare can be physically and mentally demanding - you have the ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and are a role model for your team

• You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and take ownership of your centre goals. You are organised and have computer literacy 

• You have experience as a Centre Manager/Director or as an Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience, with the knowledge to operate in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation

• You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Hold a current WWC and other relevant qualifications
